Born on October 24th 1955, in Paris, of parents of Russian origin, survivors of the Shoa.
David Kessel began as a cartoonist-illustrator for the press and publications, turning to painting inspired by his roots and traditions.

Through numerous publications (Canada, Israel, Belgium, Italy, Great Britain) people have been able to discover his living and colourful painting.

His affirmative style is distinctive:
